Youth and play project

The project delivered a comprehensive programme of play work for children aged 4 - 14. A range of traditional play activities i.e arts and crafts, sports, drama and music were offered alongside a programme of informal learning designed to address a variety of issues that affect the lives of children and their families i.e health, drugs, crime and safety etc. Some of the issue based activities were led by experienced and qualified play workers, however other professionals were invited to input into the more specialised aspects of the programme.
