Working Rite 

The project is a simple mentoring approach which matches up individual young people with local tradesmen in full time paid work experience for a period of six months. Because, for the young person, it is all on-the-job learning and built around a one-to-one working relationship with a responsible tradesman, it quickly becomes a very real and practical introduction into the world of work and adulthood.
