Wear Kids - Prevention Youth Crime Prevention
This project offers an increase in the number of key workers, undertaking the role of supporting young people aged 8 to 18years, and their families, who are considered to be at high risk of offending, and is designed to ensure that children and their families can access mainstream public services.
