Sunderland based regeneration specialists FHM are carrying out the work in the Transforming Hendon Scheme on behalf of Back on the Map.

To make sure everything runs smoothly they have a team of dedicated staff working on the project. The team will be based in the area, in a site office at 73 Gray Road. They will be on hand to support residents who want to know more about the project and how the works may affect them.

The site manager is Alan Moon whose job will be to keep the building works on track. Resident liaison officer, Victoria Carr, will be working with local residents and will be the day to day contact for the whole project.
