Private sector housing and anti-social behavoiur project

The private sector housing and anti-social behaviour project was set up to try to improve the quality of private sector housing in the area, improve the way that these homes are managed by landlords and reduce anti-social behaviour.

Work includes bringing empty properties back into use, piloting an accredited tenants scheme and developing ways of accrediting, training and supporting private landlords.
