Delivered by Hendon Job Linkage, Points 4 Progress supported hundreds of residents, particularly the long-term unemployed, in accessing employment or progressing into more rewarding and sustainable employment. It offered a combination of individually tailored support measures aimed at increasing residents' ability to access employment opportunities and a proactive job brokering service to address the recruitment needs of local employers. Each client was supported to draw up an individual action plan, which helped them move towards training and employment. Reward points were awarded as goals were achieved, and these points could be exchanged for incentives.
