Task groups

Task groups are sub-committees of the management board and help to drive forward key areas of activity, such as communications and community engagement.

There is a 'cross cutting' task group, attended by the resident chairs of each theme team. Where a project fits into more than one theme, this task group is looks at the issues and the best way to progress the project.
