ILM Call Centre

A training and trading ILM (Intermediate Labour Market) programme for call centre and admin support. The ILM training provided opportunities to move long term unemployed into mainstream employment by increasing the skills level of the local labour force and providing job ready workers for call centre/customer service sectors. The project has now ended.
