Home2Work

The project uses a simple mentoring approach to match up individual young people with local tradesmen in full time paid work experience for a period of six months. It is all on-the-job learning and built around a one-to-one working relationship with a responsible tradesman. The trainee will then be supported in to full time employment, either with the placement provider, or an alternative employer.
