Achieving Diversity in the Workplace

This project worked with under-represented groups to provide opportunities for unemployed people to gain workplace experience, skills and knowledge with a view to enhancing employability.  The project identified and assisted in the breakdown of barriers to employment.  Work placements within City Contracting Services resulted in 12 of the trainees gaining employment in various vocational areas.
